“Mental health isn't a choice; recovery is.”
“Taking a step today will help you lead a better tomorrow.”
Before qualifying as a psychotherapist, I worked in recruitment and finance. Working with a diverse range of people, I gained invaluable knowledge and experience. I became a therapist to further my positive impact on people’s lives and help them achieve their goals. I offer face-to-face, online video, and telephone therapy sessions to anybody who feels that they may need help.
I am an active mum of two, and my interests include yoga and meditation — both of which I have practised for over seven years. I believe that this has aided me in becoming a more balanced and grounded person.
I am a fully qualified and accredited Psychotherapist, In addition to this I am also a qualified hypnotherapist. The skills and experience that I have gained through my training and work over the years have enabled me to help others overcome struggles related to depression, stress, anxiety, grief, bereavement, loss, anger, self confidence, family and relationship issues to name a few.
Additionally, I work with two different well established organisations, one specialising in helping women who suffer from domestic abuse, violence and rape and the other dedicated to helping those experiencing bereavement, loss and grief. Both organisations have enabled me to gain invaluable experience in some of the most traumatic issues faced by clients. In turn have enabled me to become a specialist in these two fields.
I pride myself in being a friendly, calm, genuine and trusting therapist who works with people of all ages, genders and sexualities from all cultural, religious, ethnic and social backgrounds.
Reaching out and asking for help is often the hardest step, but I firmly believe that just by finding yourself here, it means that you have already started your therapeutic journey. Let's continue it together; all you need to do is get in touch.
